(2) Patents for invention authorized by Hong Kong, Macau or Taiwan Province: CNY 1,000/patent;

(3) Patents for invention authorized by European countries, the United States and Japan: CNY 30,000 /patent;

   Patents for invention authorized by other countries: CNY 10,000/patent (reward up to 100,000 CNY for an invention of technology).

2 Incentive standards for patents obtaining China Patent Award and Guangxi Patent Award

(1) Chinese Patent Gold Medal or Chinese Design Gold Medal: CNY 1,000,000/patent;

(2) China Patent Silver Medal or China Design Silver Medal: CNY 500,000/patent;

(3) Chinese Patent Excellence Award or Chinese Design Excellence Award: CNY 100,000/patent;

(4) The Incentive standard of Guangxi Patent Award shall be formulated separately.

3 Incentive standards for the titles of pilot demonstration of Intellectual Property

3.1 Win the national titles for the first time:

(1) Demonstration Cities of Intellectual Property: CNY 1,000,000/city;

Pilot Cities of Intellectual Property: CNY 500,000/city;

(2) Demonstration Counties (Cities, Districts) of Intellectual Property Strong County Project: CNY 50,000/county (city, district);

Pilot Counties (Cities, Districts) of Intellectual Property Strong County Project: CNY 30,000/county (city, district);

(3) Demonstration Universities of Intellectual Property: CNY 500,000/ university;

Pilot Universities of Intellectual Property: CNY 300,000/ university;

(4) National Intellectual Property Information Service Centers of University: CNY 300,000/center;

(5) Demonstration Enterprises of Intellectual Property: CNY 300,000/enterprise; 

Advantage Enterprises of Intellectual Property: CNY 100,000/enterprise;

(6) National Pilot Schools of Intellectual Property Education in Primary and Secondary Schools: CNY 80,000/school;

3.2 National Demonstration Enterprises of Intellectual Property passed the review: CNY 50,000/enterprise;

National Advantage Enterprises of Intellectual Property passed the review: CNY 30,000/enterprise;

Reward once through each review.

3.3 Win the titles of level of Autonomous Region for the first time:

(1) Autonomous Region High Value Demonstration Centers of Patent Cultivation: CNY 500,000/center;

(2) Guangxi Intellectual Property Training Bases: CNY 250,000/base;

(3) Demonstration Units of Invention and Creation for Primary and Secondary School Students in Guangxi: CNY 30,000/unit;

3.4 Enterprises identified as Cultivation Unit of Advantage Enterprise of Autonomous Region Intellectual Property and certified by intellectual property management system: CNY 30,000/enterprise.
